3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Print Bandhu

4. Customer Content & Responsibility

  • Customers may upload or request designs, logos, images, or text for customization

  • By submitting any content, you confirm that:

    • You have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use such content

    • The content does not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights

  • Print Bandhu acts solely as a printing and customization service provider and does not verify ownership of submitted content

  • The customer shall be solely responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from the use of such content

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, layouts, branding elements, and website content created or owned by Print Bandhu remain its intellectual property

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited

6. Design & Product Variations

  • Slight variations in:

    • Color

    • Size

    • Alignment

    • Finish
      may occur due to printing processes and material limitations

  • Such variations are considered normal and acceptable in the printing industry

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Full payment must be made before order processing

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • UPI

    • Credit/Debit Cards

    • Online payment gateways

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India and internationally where applicable

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors

  • Print Bandhu is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • All orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or refund

  • Only verified cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect products may be considered for resolution

10. Limitation of Liability

Print Bandhu shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses arising from customer-provided content

  • Errors approved by the customer before production

  • Delays caused by third-party services

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print Bandhu from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Use of unauthorized content

  • Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
