Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Print Bandhu
At Print Bandhu, all products are customized and made-to-order based on customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy, except in specific cases outlined below.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All orders placed with Print Bandhu are final and non-refundable, as they are produced according to customer-provided designs, specifications, and instructions.
Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect details, spelling errors, or design mistakes provided by the customer

Color variation due to screen-to-print differences

Minor variations in print placement or finishing within acceptable industry standards
Important:
Refunds will not be issued for changes in personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Eligibility for Replacement / Resolution
We only consider requests in case of:

Manufacturing defects

Damaged product during transit

Wrong product delivered
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in original condition

Proper photo/video proof must be provided
3. Quality Check & Resolution Process

All complaints will undergo a thorough internal quality inspection

Manufacturing defect

Customer error

Acceptable variation

Based on evaluation, we may:

Offer a free replacement, or

Note: The decision of Print Bandhu shall be final and binding.
4. No Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as production begins immediately

Any cancellation requests will not be entertained
5. Shipping & Return Handling

Customers must contact us before sending any product back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

In approved cases, return instructions will be shared via email
6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
